Yoga Nidra Meditation
with Virginia Giles
These meditation sessions will be based on the practice of Yoga Nidra.
This style of meditation is a very old method that helps to remove many of our human discomforts.
Yoga Nidra practiced laying down, if this is uncomfortable, sitting a chair is just as benificial or laying on the side.
It helps with: Anxiety, Insomnia and fear.
It also allows our bodies to relax and heal on a very deep level, it is said 1 hour of Yoga Nidra is equal to 5 hours sleeps.

Every Tuesday and Wednesday Morning at 10.30am to 11.30am for 1 hour.
Spaces are limited, and you will need to book your spot.

What to bring:
Yoga mat, blanket or light covering and water. If you have lower back discomfort, please bring a pillow or bolster.

Sound Healing Meditation

Feeling anxious, stressed or exhausted? Needing to relax, rejuvenate & reset? A sound meditation will help.
A Guided Meditation with a sound healing is proven to relax your nervous system and assists your body unwind from stress.
It releases & settles your thoughts & emotions, helps you to sleep better & let go of the past while strengthening your intuition & soul connection.
Every 2nd Friday Morning 10am till 11.15am
Every 2nd Thursday Night 6pm till 7.15pm
~ Please arrive at 5:50pm for a 6pm start. Seascape Mall (and DSC) will be locked at 6pm.
Please enter through the side entrance on Estuary Lane. classes will be fortnightly.
~ Bookings are essential due to limited numbers.
